Fluorogenic probes

The project will achieve this by providing specific outcomes and achievements identified below:

  • New sensors with a faster detection time, and improved reusability
  • Combination of MEES with fluorogenic probes to reduce false positive rates and improve sensor robustness.
  • Capability to network different sensors at different stages/locations
  • Capability to improve the quality of detection through combination of results
  • Set of scenarios specifically adapted to the validation methodology
