Dr.-Ing. Jochen Deuse

Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jochen Deuse graduated in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) at the University of Dortmund, Germany. He received his Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, while working as a research fellow at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL). During his industry career, Jochen held senior management positions in the Bosch Group’s Automotive Electronics Division in Reutlingen, Germany, and Melbourne, Australia, before joining TU Dortmund University, Germany, as Professor and Head of the Institute of Production Systems (IPS). Jochen holds a dual appointment with TU Dortmund and University of Technology Sydney (UTS). At UTS, he serves as Professor and Director of the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing. Jochen holds numerous honorary positions in scientific and industrial associations. He lives in Australia and Germany.


Lorena Gil

Lorena Gil is a Computer Engineer from the University of Burgos, she has complemented her passion for technology and software with a Master's Degree in Internet Business at ISDI, a Data Science Bootcamp at IE and another Master's Degree in ICT Consultancy at UBU. He began his professional career working for Burgos City Council and Caja de Burgos. In 2013, he joined ASTI Mobile Robotics, in the Software Development area, leading and designing industrial programs in cutting-edge programming languages. Later, she held the position of Site Manager, coordinating AGV projects. For the last four years, she has been working as the Head of Digital Transformation, leading projects related to IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Maintenance, etc. both for ASTI and its clients. One of the great challenges of this latest journey is not only the digitalisation of processes but also the digitalisation of people.


Jaime Queralt-Lortzing Beckmann

He defines himself as an intrapreneur because, despite graduating in Law by Strassford University, his passion is business administration, so he earned an MBA degree from KH Business School in Madrid, a Coventry University- dependent center, and a Leadership Program by the International Institute for Management Development, IMD of Lausanne, as he was selected as one of the 40 best Adecco’s Managers worldwide, as well as a degree in Transformational Leadership by ICLD International Centre for Leadership Development from CEDE Foundation (Spanish Confederation of Directors and Executives). Jaime began founding his own IT company, serving later as Country Manager from Adecco in Austria and later on Managing Director from ManpowerGroup Solutions in Spain, before joining Keyland SdG as CEO. He is also member of the Advisory Board of LaSalle International Graduate School of Business in Madrid, where he teaches about Corporate Strategy and Business Policies since 2008.
