In the framework of the JuCiVol project, ERIFO hosted a series of National Advisory Group conferences aimed at gathering stakeholders and at forming a solid network of organisations belonging to the volunteering sector.
The Advisory Group meetings have involved also a wide range of organisations that include actors specialized in vocational training and in work guidance, which posses a good knowledge of youngsters “at risk” – the main target of the project.
The main themes tackled during the sessions were:
- Key-information about the training for youngsters and mentors;
- Deeper understanding of volunteering context in Italy, the sector dynamics and development perspectives;
- Elaboration of strategies to tackle scholastic dropout and to help disadvantaged youngster;
- Better identification of youngster problems and solutions.
